On my laptop, Primal Calling and Lost Valley are both installed. I just finished building a new computer, and upon install of Galaxy and Solasta, the 2 DLC do not show up for install. Yes, only 1 GOG user account/name. Just somehow seems to have lost my DLC on the new computer, which makes no sense since this should all be server side.

Ticket sent in Saturday...this is Tue p.m.; all I have heard from GOG is an acknowledgement of the ticket.,

NOT happy.

8 fkn days and GOG tech support has been SILENT, except an email acknowledging my help ticket, which I rvcd Dec 3rd.

I have responded...3 times over the past 10 days.

ah well...I lost track, 3rd or 4th time trying the offline installer. Where you DL like 8 files plus the DLC and let the installer run? That FINALLY installed the DLC. Tech Support never did come back after the initial acknowledgement of the ticket. That was on Dec 3rd. I emailed back Dec 7, 9 and early this morning.

I know it's quite long ago now, but did you ever get a response?
