Just purchased this game, I can run it only in windowed mode. When I attempt to run as full screen all I get is a black flickering screen and sound. Running ATI 7870 video card x2 in Crossfire Mode. Game version 1.91 w/ Outlaw Sectors DLC, Windows 10 10.0.16299.19 x64, 32GB RAM, core i5-6600K CPU. Troubleshooting was to change rebellion.user.setting to 1680x1050 windowed mode and run-as Admin on the Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion Dev.exe, and when I changed it back to full screen it goes back to the black flickering screen. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried running the game with crossfire disabled? Crossfire/SLI can cause issues for game that haven't been optimized for it.

I figurued out a work around, I set my DVI monitor as primary and my HDMI monitor as secondary and it works.
