Has anyone had any problem with auto edge scrolling (the screen automatically scrolls when you move the mouse in the edges of the map). In other words, if you want to move up, you'd just move the cursor in the northern edge of your view. I've always used the CD version (Deluxe with Rush Hour) and never have any issues. It does not seem to work in the GOG version .

Using Windows 8.1, SC4 with the NAM Mod

Are you running it in windowed mode maybe? The edge scrolling doesn't work in windowed mode as the mouse just leaves the window.

Also, if you have ever run it in windowed mode, the normal mode shortcut doesn't actually force fullscreen so it may just appear as a full screen sized window. Add -f to the shortcut to force fullscreen mode and then give it a try.
