I don't exactly see a pattern to this at all but I've experiences a lot of horrible framrate issues from time to time. Usually when I first boot the game up. Trying to navigate through the menus it goes into single digits. The only "fix" i've found is try and Alt+Tab out, close some background apps, then Alt+Tab back in. Sometimes this works. Other times i toggle between Fullscreen and Windowed modes but this is a very anoying problem. Any else experienced this?

Same here, looked everywhere online for a fix to no avail, I kept trying out the 60fps unlocker from Nemesis but when I start the game it instantly crashes back to desktop. So we seem to be in the same boat here, hopefully someone finds a solution or workaround for this cuz I really want to beat this game and get all the endings without dealing with low fps.
