I get an odd problem with Civ 4. My FPS is extremely low. When I open up task manager, I see that Civ 4 is using almost no CPU time -- almost like a background application. Anyone encountered this?

Sorry for the noise guys -- turns out a reboot is all that was needed. I didn't expect it since other games worked fine.
