The game ist version 2.215 as gog version.
i wanted to update the game to version 2.4 but after that the game wants a cd to play which I obviously don´t have.
What can I do to play the game in the latest version ?

It is possible... if you have a disk of it or its image mounted in a virtual drive. ;)

Its a damn shame this release is only 2.215 because it's a crash prone mess. I've never had problems with 2.4.

maybe gog will patch it someday

You should contact GOG staff using support form. They may not be even aware of newer patch and they don't frequent the subforums so posting about an issue here is likely to be missed by them.

This would be solved by simple no CD patch. Unortunately, I couldn't find any for version 2.4.
But I tried one for version 2.214 and it worked.
Which is good, because patching the game to 2.4 solved few issues for me.
