The Shogo Tribute site has the original audio CD image uploaded. You can convert those to WAV or Flac if you want to even higher quality.

Monolith used to sell the original soundtrack on CDR after I suggested it when the game was first released. You might want to cruise over to their website and ask if they still have any for sale.

Love this soundtrack more than I should, listened to it quite a bit back when the game first came out. GOG could stand to put up better quality versions of it...
