Recently, I started the Heirloom quest In the Guild of Steel Cellar there is a gate I cannot open. I've looked back at a video of how it's done and I believe the quest is bugged for me. It looks like a drunken guard or a mob of them on the other end of the map drop an iron key to unlock this gate. This did not happen when I fought them. I can go back and look for it with no luck.

Is there any way to make the enemies respawn, or reset the quest atleast?

Exactly the same thing happened to me, the iron key does not appear.
