Hello all! Psyched to be loading up the Director's Cut now. Played through Dragonfall awhile ago as a mage, and now looking to try a difference characters. Had some specific questions I couldn't find the answers to, or conflicting ones. I know its a lot, but I've been searching around and like to plan out my RPG characters pretty thoroughly before I start. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help with anything!

1) Does armor and damage reduction stack past 10?

2) What is the AP cost of pistol Disarm? Does it require a critical? Does that make it useless now when enemies are behind cover?

3) What is AP cost of double tap?

4) Are all skills per gun now? So I could get three chain shots with three different guns?

5) Is the slapdash pistol useless now with the new armor mechanic and the fact that you can't crit when a target is in cover?

6) Is drone accuracy any good late game? Also, does drone control or combat affect their accuracy, or only intelligence?

7) What determines the accuracy of the laser designator and bright light cyberware? Is bright light like a taser or a stun grenade in its effect?

8) Can you get multiple movement bonuses from the Leg Jack cyberware? I assume there is a cooldown for these? Are they independent?

9) Does the animation for unarmed ever vary? I really don't want to spend the whole game doing a right jab for every attack.

10) Can you use the editor to try out the look of different character models with different armors? The rigger outfits look crazy on some models...

1) Not to my knowledge.

2) 1 AP cost, no critical requirement that I know of.

3) 2 AP, no cooldown.

4) It seems so, bizarrely enough.

5) I thought that the big deal with the slapdash pistol was that it had a high crit chance, so I'm not sure how armor could render it useless.

6) I don't use drones, so I'm afraid I can't help you there.

9) It does change depending on the attack used by the fighter.
6 ) I'm playing a rigger/decker, and drone accuracy is decent in the late game if you get top of the line stuff (which is very expensive, of course). I'd say I get 80-90% for my class S combat drone for most shots, and 50-70% for my class S support drone. Nothing to get extatic enough, but the drones get the job done, and they are quick enough to easily get to a flanking position and shred that pesky mage or summoner.

Drone combat does affect accuracy in the sense that some levels give your drones a +10% to accuracy (while other boost AP, damages and armor). Not sure if the skill value itself boosts accuracy. In fact, not sure if intelligence boosts it either. It's not in the description of the stat, and I have a very crappy accuracy with my basic class-C drones in late game, even with 11 Int. I think accuracy comes more from the drone than from you.

You'll still want high Int, but it will be to unlock class-S drones and those awesome high-level boosts from "drone combat"

Overall, on normal difficulty, drones are useful. Adding two 4 AP, very mobile, medium-to-heavy firepower "replaceable characters" to support your party makes some missions quite easier.
Thanks to you both! If only there was an updated manual or wiki for the game. You guys saved me hours of getting to the late-game to test these things out!
