Hello.

I just installed Dragonfall Directors Cut on my up to date Mac (10.9.5) and when i went to install the first patch, it keeps failing. I went through the installer just fine, but when it starts to vaildate packages, the installation fails.

Any thoughts on the matter? Note that the installation failed before and after I updated my Mac to 10.9.5. In the meantime i try to repair disk permission and see if it helps.

Well that didn't help.

the patcher doesn't work on 10.6.8 either. (the game itself runs even though officially it requires 10.7)

edit: it turns out the patcher failed for me because it relies on spotlight and ruby, and i have spotlight disabled and ruby too customized for it. i used a small shell script to apply the patch without those dependencies.
