I just got back on my pc after a month and loaded up SW2 after downloading the updates for it. Now when i move my mouse across the screen and it just jumps. There is no smooth movement unless i am moving it in a 1-3 degree circle and even then there is some stuttering. I can move my character using the keyboard and the game remains smooth.

I have tried changing every graphics setting within the game to no effect. It used to run fine. I also updated graphics drivers to no avail.

Specs:
Win 10
I5 4460
Radeon 270
8GB ram
Game is running off a second HDD.

Cant find much online that i have not allready tried or is oudated.

Any help is appreciated.

This is from a steam forum post about stuttering. Not sure if it would help. Does this happen when you at the hub area or only when in levels with enemies? When it is stuttering, is your hard drive activity high? If you have an SSD available, I would try loading it off of that just to see if it continues.

Try "full screen" and "full screen window".
Try lowering texture quality.
Shutdown Chrome and Firefox
Add -nochroma to properties->general->set launch options."

you need a new hardrive by using SSD plus 480x ATI GPU... your pc is really old..
