If I have the standard edition and I doing and I buy an upgrade edition it change to a deluxe edition or I have to buy a deluxe edition

It will actually change your game to a Deluxe Edition (hence gold weapons ingame), but it won't give you bought the GOG version (different game page). You will have SW2+Deluxe, and not directly SW2Deluxe (which is the same in fact).
So no worry, that's good, you can buy the Upgrade 'expansion'.

You have the standard edition. If you want the deluxe content, buy the upgrade option.
