EDIT: Problem solved: It was Zemana Antilogger. A software to encrypt your keystrokes I forgot I had running. Everything's good after turning that off.

I really would like to play this game, but for some reason I can only walk in one direction at a time (usingkeyboard/mouse). The player character will make one step in either one of the four directions (WASD) and than start to walk. But stops if you want to change directions and will never strafe. That renders the game unplayable for me.
Movement works normal when a game pad is used (which I hate in FPS games). Everything else seems to work in rather nice quality.

I have never experienced something like this in any other game before. So I hope somebody here knows something.

I also contacted support and have gone through the trouble shooting checklist several times, to no avail.

Things I tried:

Reinstall everything (admin rights granted all the time, with and without patch)
Disable Firewall/anti virus software
Reinstall Directx/Directx web installer
Tried almost every video/game config there is
Installed latest grafics card drivers
