Can't get the Acheievment: Extinguish all Torches.

Did you also put out all the torches that were sticking from the ground? The ones that the guards/civilians will come looking and lights back up if extinguished.

I don't remember if it requires those too, but worth to check the description if it mentions anything about that.

If you are 100% certain you didn't miss any of the standing torches that can be extinguished, nor missed anyone carrying a torch and also extinguished those by walking near them, then it's most likely a bug.

I'll try the mission and see if I can get it (didn't try it last time). It's a good reason to try it out again, been meaning to do it anyways.

There some people with torches, that leave houses in alert.
May be I should kill 'em too? But I can't rise alert :(

Hmm that could be the case, but I truly hope not. It would make things way more complicated. I'll try without getting guards out, hopefully it doesn't require those :/

Ok I got it through with every torch extinguished, you don't have to put out the torches from the guards that comes only when alerted. It only counts for the standing torches on the ground and the torches that guards carry. Few Samurais seemed to have torches too, so will have to take those guys out and extinguish their torches as well.

So either you accidentally missed some torch(es), or you encountered a bug. It is possible to get, so if you have a save just before winning the mission, it will make stuff a whole lot easier for you. Otherwise will just have to start that mission over :/

There is only one samurai left - that guards the general, but I have no bullets left to kill him.
All other samurais are dead, as well all other guards.

The one guarding the general don't have to be killed as that one doesn't have a torch with him. There are few normal guards and a straw hat in the general area + that one Samurai walking back and forth under the general that has to be killed, though.

One of the harder ones for me were two straw hats at the camp where the guards are enjoying themselves near the campfire (the northern area), there were also few sneaky ones with torches that I nearly missed. Not to mention those walking in a groups of three (before I got the disguise). Also nearly forgot to walk near the enemies I killed so that my people will put out the torches that guards carried.

Did you make sure no torches were re-lit by any of the soldiers? Also did you remember to kill all the torch enemies on the Eastern side where one of the eavesdrop point were? It isn't necessary to go there at all if you just swim across the water, so it's easy to miss. How about the the area where two guards are 'talking' to a lady near the water (should be slightly north-west from eavesdrop location? I'm just throwing ideas where to look, just in case.

Also, I noticed that the badge for the torch extinguish only appears after the final cutscene in that area. Did you finish the mission already and try it out?

If there literally aren't any of the enemies left who walks with torches, none of the dead enemies laying on the ground with torches lit, none of the standing torches on the ground lit, then there's not much else to do than maybe restart to get it again.

I could technically make a list of how many of each torches there are, but it will be hard to count all the ones you already got unless you remember everyone you've killed already. As it is not required to kill + get close to everyone but only the ones with torches.

You was completely right! This achievment is counted as the mission ended!
'coz even all torches have been extingushied, someone can relight 'em again, so only the end of the mission is counted.
