Hello!

I'm having a strange bug which prevents me from entering the warp to fight Jack the Ripper. I picked all three retractors and used them, and i did fight four of the five killers already.

But, somehow i think i used two retractors at the same place, making it impossible for me to open the fight to Jack. And at the item menu, it shows the retractor item with zero count, and every time i try to use it on Jack's warp, the game crashes.

I already looked at Google for the answer but i couldn't find any. So, i'm pretty much locked from beating the game and i'm very near the end.
