I encountered a bug with this quest, after the second reading of the Wave Witch I go the the Firefly office, and the guy at the door says I should follow him.
After the cutscene part, where the guy says hes into weird art, nothing pops up, I can not proceed. They just stand there in idle animations, smoking and fanning, sometimes the guards yawn, but nothing happens.
Other bugs:
Since 1.0.6, Warden's Hold is trespassing area for some reason, nobody attacks me, its just red, and I don't know, where I am actually tresspassing.
Since 1.0.6.1, the guy, who provides transport on his cart does not work. I get a black screen, and then nothing. I can only exit to the game menu.
