I attached the screenshot. I modified the engine.ini, these are the values:

CORE_MODULE core
WINDOW_WIDTH 1920
WINDOW_HEIGHT 1080
WINDOW_MODE 0
DDRAW_DEVICE 0
ANTIALIAS_MODE 1
SOUND_ON 1
MUSIC_ON 1
BPP 16
GAMMA 1.
SOUND_VOL 0.8
MUSIC_VOL 0.64
TEXTURE_DETAIL 0
SYSTEM_MONITOR 0
SLEEP_TIME 2
EAX 0
LANGUAGE ENGLISH

It works fine however in 1600x900.

I'm having an issue when I start the game and walk around, everything gets really blurry and scratchy. Any idea on how to fix this?
