Since we're not getting a new updates for Satellite Reign, I thought we should look elsewhere. I found these:

DELPHYQ. Real-time (with pause). Party based. Look more sci-fi than cyberpunk however.

THE ASCENT. Isometric view. Solo, not party based.

PROJECT HAVEN: Turned-based. Party based.

I already know about Cyberpunk 2077, but it's first-person and not party-based. Do you know any games like Syndicate, Syndicate Wars and Satellite Reign?
Satellite Reign is quite different from earlier Syndicate games since it prefers stealth-based infiltration to locations of interest in big city districts. And Syndicate is a string of short missions based on direct combat with enemy squads. For me, SR is much more methodical and more often requires strategic thinking. In general, they are quite different despite SR being branded as "spiritual successor". I like both of them though.

As for similar games to SR, I guess Commandos (and Desperados) games are quite close to Satellite Reign since they also take stealth approach (though SR is a bit more open for action). They are real-time stealth tactics as SR is. Another similar game is Invisible, Inc. - turn-based stealth isometric roguelite set in cyberpunk world.

As for earlier Syndicate games I can't speak much, but there are some close real-time tactics like SWAT 2, X-COM: Apocalypse (real-time combat mode), and Abomination: Nemesis Project. Some RPG with RTwP combat could be seen as similar. Also possibly games like Soldiers: Heroes of World War II (since it is also real-time tactical strategy in which you operate small squad of partisans/diversants and perform missions combining sabotage, combat, etc.)...
