I set audio levels on desired values, and set keyboard controls which I want, but the game can't save neither after I quit and start the game next time.
That means I have to go through setting all those values all each time I run the game.
How can this be solved?

Please, without idi*tic questions like "Why would you change keyboard settings." Thanks.

Ok, so this is the Gog support. Posting a forum thread, and submitting a ticket, yet none of the stuff members reply for few days. Very professional. I had in mind buying Metro series, but who knows what kind of issue can I expect there, only to be deprived of Gog's support. A lesson confirmed - I'll stick with the cracked games for good. At least they have good support by programmers who crack stuff. They patch the games, include DLCs, help out people in their forums, etc.

This is a user forum. Did you submit a ticket yourself (GOG support)? You should get a response in 2 Polish business days. A fix may require a patch from the dev/pub. I agree that it should have been caught in QA, but the rest of your post is BS.

I've submited the ticket on 22nd of April, Saturday, yet today is 26st of April, Wednesday, still no reply from Gog team.

As for the rest of your post - I don't remember asking you anything. Keep your silly opinion to yourself.
