Hello everyone,
Long story short =) , I bought sacrifice back in the day when it first came out, loved the game still by far one of my absolute favorites, I stopped playing the game after I got addicted to online RPGs (curses Neverwinter nights and WOW)
Recently I decided to dive into my Hard-drive and play some of my old favorites again, found out that Sacrifice was still installed on my Games HD, tried to run it but the game kept on coming up with a Page file error =
Spent my time on the net looking for a fix and found out that the problem was being caused due to incompatibility issues with Win-XP , after spending a few hours reading I managed to get the lpatch files (thank you to whoever made this!!).
Sadly my joy was cut short as I found out that somehow one of the game data files was corrupted = , I can play the game with no problems (for the most part) , however in some of the campaigns the game simply crashed back to desktop.
I found out after some digging that the issue is with the file saxshero.wad , I cannot for the life of me find the installation CD, its been years since I got the game and I've already shifted houses over 4 times .
My question is this, If anyone would be kind enough to upload that file somewhere so that I can grab it? I believe its only about 10MBs so it shouldnt be that much of a hassle, would greatly appreciate the help =) , many thanks in advance!
