I have recently purchased by mistake the sacred gold UK edition and has one disc. I installed it and so far everything is fine with it. Am i going to run into problems down the road or is it safer to get the gog version? in the past i have purchased dungeon siege in the UK format by mistake and it installed fine but the game wouldn't even start up on my vista machine. Is the UK format trustworthy?

One issue you may run into is that you have to run the game in XP compatibility mode. Other than that, I've never heard of problems. I would recommend that you have the latest patch to get the most out of the game.
