No matter how many times I activate a soul stone/resurrection monolith, it has no effect. When I save an exit, I start back on the starting area. When I hit F8 to teleport to the last one used, I go back to the starting area. I've verified the game through GOG Galaxy, and I've installed the fan patch, both have no effect.
Edit: It's the teleport key that's bugged (F8), map teleporting still works.
