Having never played the original release, I took a gamble on this one, as you never know what you're going to get with a "Diablo Clone". I do have to say, this game is an excellent "Click and Slash" adventure. The class selection is very good, with a wide variety of different heroes. The game itself is chocked full of baddies, loot and plenty of slash. Sacred did a great job of including multiple abilities for each class to help break up the clicking, and include a little strategy.
Overall, the interface is very nice and easy to use, as are the maps, quest tracker, inventory management and character sheet. The graphics have also held up very well, and when run at higher specs, look very nice. Even on a lower end machine, Sacred is a very pleasant game to watch. Combined with the detail to the environments and characters, I would rate Sacred as a "must by" for those RPG players, looking for an easy to dive into game to whittle away a few hours.
