Hello, is possible to uncover 100% of the map, if yes is it possible with all the characters?

It's basically impossible to get 100% without cheating to increase your visibility range.

80% of the map (to get the Master Cartographer achievement) is about as high as you can reasonably expect to get.

No, it's not possible to have 100% of world discovered.

The best by far in this regard is Daemon with her Soaring Demon CA. The next one is Dark Elf with use of Mongoose CA trick and the third best would be Battle Mage with his Phase Shift CA.
