Could any of you try something for me?
Try installing any other language version that English and see if the lag still persists.

Yep, as I thought.
All you need to copy is FONTS folder inside Data\Interface\ from any non-English version.
We won't be able to update installer today, but I'll give you a link to download necessary files in a minute.

EDIT: You can grab them from here

- go to game install folder
- backup 'Fonts' folder inside DATA\Interface
- unpack Fonts.zip directly to DATA\Interface overwriting files when needed
