The error about not being able to find InitOnceExecuteOnce makes RoR completely unplayable on XP. Does anybody know if this will get fixed or if the devs just abandoned XP? The main page still lists it as playable under XP, but yeah, that's kind of a bold faced lie as of now. Anyone knows anything about the whole problem?
nvm.

AlucardTepesIII was talking about the Windows XP Support and not the Experience Bug, wich is fixed for now.

@AlucardTepesIII
A word of advice: Forget Windows XP because there are no Updates for this version anymore. Windows 7/8 are not expensive and at least Win7 is running even on older machines pretty well. WinXP served us very well for one and a half decades and is time to move on. ;)

Keep in mind that not everyone re-bought Risk of Rain via that Humble Bundle to get the native Linux version. Wine is generally better at reliably cloning XP than later versions and we still get better performance in VirtualBox with XP than later versions.
My problem is that my PC is too old to run Vista or 7. I bought RoR because it was supposed to run on Xp, and now it won't anymore? What am I supposed to do? It's been WAY over a month, am I supposed to just keep it and call it a day? Besides, the page still says that it works on XP. What if more people buy it and are in my situation?
