We are two patches in and the freaking settings won't even save. And that's not the biggest issue.
The horrible optimization is still there, causing me to have huge FPS drops when trying to play the game from medium settings to very high. The AI is still retarded, just standing there and take your missiles in the head.

I want a refund.

I agree that the game is still horribly optimized though, and the AI is something that they probably won't change for a while now.

Yup, clicked Apply everytime...

That stinks. I messed around with the settings myself, and the best I can pull is 20 FPS; down from the 30 FPS low I got previously. I had to revert to the older version of the game. :(
