Having an issue with the game not loading :(

Spec: Win 7 Ultimate x64, Core i7 920, 12GB RAM, 1TB HDD, Palit 4GB GTX680, Corsair H100 water cooler. I guess this spec should run the game comfortably?

I press the Play Game option and then the game pops up the error 'Ludicrous Game has stopped working' and won't launch. Have (re)installed .Net 4, UE3 Redistributable, Visual C++ 2008/2010 both x86 and x64, DirectX June 2010, Nvidia driver 326.41 but still can't get it working? Installed to default install directory

Any idea what could be the problem?

Dunno if its the same but I had it once at the beginning and then I put all settings on low saved the settings launched the game and then it worked for me.

Tried all 4 default presets but same thing happens!

*UPDATE*

Now working! Installed latest nvidia Beta driver 326.41 and it now works.
