I bought this game today but it doesn't show up in my collection is there another way to download and install?

Due to the massive traffic GOG is suffering, there must have been an error. I myself bought Jade Empire through PayPal and didn't receive it.
Make sure the payment has been made (in my case, checked PayPal account) and copy the purchase ID's Write a nice email to GoG Support and they will fix it. I purchased the game yesterday night, and when I woke up, the game was already in my account.
