I just started playing this today (I absolutely love the death sounds when you quit the game) and every time I beat a level and go to the next one, the game suddenly slows to a crawl. It's so slow that it takes a full minute for the screen to spiral into the center and the music is just a bunch of disconnected boops. I tried to use winROTT hoping it would fix this issue, but everytime I start that up, it just quits and never starts up. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Alright, I got it to work by running winROTT in XP compatibility mode at a higher resolution. Sweet.

Also, you need to start winrott from the very beginning of the game (new game), or save game corruptions WILL happen.
