This looks like a new glitch. I used the Tournament Training campfire card on the first mission (Celtic Code) and chose to have Dolores train Harry. Both characters got an icon that they like each-other and now they won't level up. Doesn't matter how much XP I get, it doesn't even give me the option.

Yep, verified. If you use the Tournament Training card, you can't level up Dolores and one other character. Also when I select Quit and Save from the character screen my computer hangs.
