Just downloaded the game (64bit, non-Galaxy version, no DLC). When I started the installation, I saw an empty setup screen (the one where normally the installation progress is shown). I waited about 10 minutes, but nothing happened, and cancelled the installation. The attempt to install the 32bit version failed for the same reason.
Any idea what I can do to install the game? It had worked on the same PC in the past (I don't remember how long ago, could be 2 or 3 years ago).
PC: i3, 8GB RAM, Intel 520, Win10 64 bit, plenty of disk space.

Problem resolved, but I don't know why.

I uninstalled the game, re-downloaded and installed it again (64bit version), same problem. Uninstalled again, downloaded and installed the 32bit version - same problem. Uninstalled the 32bit version, re-downloaded and installed the 64bit version once again - and this time it worked.
Perhaps associated with the registry? Like uninstalling the 64bit version left some garbage in the registry, which prevented the new installation from working, while uninstalling the 32bit version worked properly. Just a wild guess.
