Launching from Galaxy by clicking Play does not work.

For a brief moment a square window pops up in the middle of the screen and it is a picture of the Re-Legion spiked helmet with a white exclamation mark with a red background in the upper left corner of the image. This window disappears immediately and nothing happens.

Uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted and the same behavior persists. There don't appear to be any crash logs in the install directory. What other information can I provide to help diagnose this issue?
