I like when I can change the look of the ships, and there are liveries and color sets coming with DLCs and obtained as a daily drop in Steam version. Do I have access to all of them from the start in this game?

Okay let me simplify the question:
Do you own these liveries: Mecha, Void?
Do you own these color sets: Alfieri, Revenge of the Ship?

I own both the PS4 and GOG versions of the game and have noticed the GOG version is missing several Livery options that are present in PS4 version
