As of the latest patch, the German version is now available on GOG.

That's a good question but I'm afraid I can't provide a definite answer right now. I'll need to download and check the game for that, but i'm afraid this won't happen until next week. Support should help you faster with that. ;)

They should also have removed the censorship, since Red Faction isn't banned anymore in Germany. I am not though if they (GOG) took the effort to create an entirely new installer.
