I'm at the point where if you click on the sword and shield it moves, however it's just spinning around and around. Not only that, i can't get up the stairs to the tower to use my two masks i got from the egyption dead guy!. It says Won't Open :(

Did you mess with the DOSBox cycles? Sounds like an emulation or timing problem. Go to a window (by pressing ALT+ENTER) and tell me what the status bar says, it should be something like this:
"DOSBox 0.74, Cpu speed: max 100% cycles, Frameskip 0, Program: ROTH"

Also: What CPU do you have?

Haven't touched the cycles at all :(

Yeah, everything looks fine. That's REALLY weird.

Do you have a savegame before you touched the sword?

Or do you have a savegame after touching the sword and it keeps rotating after reloading? If so, could you upload it somewhere?

Does touching the sword again stop the rotation?

working now, all i did was save at the point it was spinning then reload the game.. Sword has stopped spinning and the door opened up perfectly. Yet loading the saved game anywhere else away from that spinning sword and the door wouldn't open!.

Odd but now i can play on
