I didn't see that this was already posted, so I thought I would share in case no one knew about it. Aside from all the methods of changing the controls, there's actually a hidden bound key in the game.

If you hit "h" while in game, it will come up with a little pop-up menu that gives you different options that are attached to different function keys.

Also, if you hit f8, which isn't listed on the secret menu, it displays the version number. Mine says version 1.12

Don't know about in-game, but it's listed in the manual, 'H' for help menu.
