The above site has a nice PDF scan of the manual that is also searchable. The GOG manual is missing the spell descriptions, among other things. The site also has the handy reference card available as well.
If you go through the site, you can find scans and manuals for a ton of games, maybe GoG should contact them to use some of their documents.
