I don't know what I've touched, started with a mission in which I wanted to see where is certain item to go for it first, using the cheat "#pickup all" to know if the item will be in that mission, then "#show map" to see where to go, then "#modify self +god", to go straight for it. In that 'god mode' I've noticed that the game was very fast (the tree animations), I thought it was because of that mode, fortunately I found the item very fast, so I could quit, then, I wanted to restore the backup of my save games in my game folder, to continue without cheating, and I saw more than 50,000 screenshots in bmp format, (100GB weight)... all from the same map, should have been taking 1 screenshot per frame! (as a movie, but in screenshots!).

I don't know if the cheat made that, or if, accidentally, I touched some shortcut to take consecutive screenshots, or type some thing instead a cheat code maybe.

Someone may knows what could happened?

Solved. In the shortcuts list, I found this:

"ALT Gr <+>, <-> Demo recording starting & ending"

I never saw something similar in another videogame, but I usually press + and - to change the game speed, by error should clicked the ALT Gr simultaneously and started the screenshots series.

I've pressed it to test, in 1 second I've recorded 1GB of bmp images! (should be due the immense FPS the game runs in modern computers, an average of 4000 fps...).

Be careful with this command.
I just stumbled upon this thread after looking for answers why my rage of mages 2 installation amounted to a whopping 12,9gb. Turns out the game made 5655 screenshots in 3 minutes. Each one at 2,3MB, so 12,4gb. Insane.
