Thanks in advance for any help. I'm playing QfG2 (EGA) with an imported thief. No problems with the game until I reach the lava room while trying to retrieve the Iblis. Once I reach the lava room, I see the indicator that says "You rekindle your lamp." The dragon head icon pops up, indicating that something is happening. At this point, I am unable to move. The flames animate and I can change the game speed. But I cannot access inventory or character sheet. I cannot type commands. After a while, I die from the heat. I can save the game while in the room. If I restore to that game, I have the same problems but the icon on the screen is the standard sword. Any one have an idea of what the problem may be? Also, I am not running in full screen mode.

Edited to Add: OK, I figured it out. If you run into this problem, make sure you are not sneaking when you enter the lava room. You must be walking normally.
