Which port?

If there's an actual source port, it should be easy enough to remove the cd key garbage..

If you're dealing with proprietary binaries, it's a little more complicated, but I'd try this https://www.gog.com/forum/quake_series/quake_4_on_linux_no_cd_key/post31

(I'd probably use unshare to prevent internet access)
