Pretty much the question I was asking here. I only managed to find the solution for Quakespasm (command line parameters), but I have no idea if it would work on vkQuake. Plus, it seems that these command lines don't work since I can't use them on shortcuts.

Not that I'm also using Windows 10, so that might be part of the problem.
