I use UltraISO for this.

Basically just open the game.cue file/s with UltraISO and you will see the game files used to install it. In order to reveal the tracks you need to go to the Actions menu and choose to Switch to Audio Tracks. This will reveal the tracks directly as wav files, already properly named, so you can just copy them to the MUSIC folder/s. This way there is no need for other tweeks. Music works for me in the main game and in the episodes with no problem. Keep in mind that the main game and the episodes have separate music folders.
