First of all - I'm using Steam version, not gog one. But in case forum there remain silent, but a pack of users has same problem at the moment decide to post it here.

Crash on level "Palace".

When I'm trying to enter on another sector, from Outer Courts to Lower Palace I guess, game crashes. Changing resolution or other things has no matter, including game cache check or render option, or capability mode. Before today have played normally. New small patch have released = new glitches or something?

Any ideas?

Not using port of any kind. They not support current/old saves. Level section has two exists. Has crash on both.

Perhabs savegame slot glitch or something. Have such problem in 1 or 2 old games before. i've tried quick save or new one - same thing. Trick with ~ + noclip not working here / I don't know commands for trevel between the level sections. Here are 3 onces, as I understand.

1. Outer Courts
2. Lower Palace (entrance near by in my save, I guess).
3. Upper Palace

Yesterday I've installed new Nvidia driver. 451.67 from 07/09/2020. Perhaps this thing matter here. Last time have played before that driver been installed.

Imo you should grab a source port and use cheats to reach your current level & add items if needed.

As I said. Source port not support old savegames. I'am at the end of the game. So. This isn't a method.

What cheatcode might be used here?

In yamagi, the map command works. map city1 would take you to outer courts, city2 would take you to lower palace.

Well. Seems to it works without yamagi too. But there is another problem. With such travel I lost all the weapons/things, which is, perhabs, not so big trouble with commands "god" and "give hyperblaster" for start.

Main trouble - mission tasks doesn't update. I've tried to travel to the same level "map city1", "outher courts", but see no missions texts. Perhabs need to play more to make it pop up.

Update. Solution:

1. Enter map city1. It will reload current location. In my case - "outher courts". You will lost all of your collected items and weapons.
2. Open ~ (console). Enter "god" and "noclip". Run around the map for a little until missions will appear. Check by pressing F1.
3. Add few weapons to inventory. For example: "give hyperblaster", "give bfg", "give railgun".

No port required. In my case, if tried to load next map,"map city2", mission tasks not appear. So I reloaded current one, task appear and door works fine now.
