You see this? This is what gaming used to be, you see how it is original, fun, interesting, unique, intelligent and dosen't appeal to drunken frat-boys? This is what gaming should be. Buy this game. Do it now.

Whats wrong with drunken frat boys? Haha. Just kidding. Great game.
Well said! Developers seem to have forgotten that Game making is supposed to be an art form. Instead they've degraded into mindless violence and innuendo wherever possible. They've basically taken gaming to the level of tabloid appeal.
Gone are the days of Psychonauts and the early Settlers, X-Com and Civilization games.
Gone are the days when you had to sit quietly and think 'hmmm... now what..?' for 5 minutes instead of waiting for something else to come close enough to have the crap blasted out of it...
At least GOG remember, for the most part, what gaming was in it's, albeit brief, Golden Age.
Yeah I agree, Although I enjoy new games like Just cause, bioshock etc they don't require as much thought as the classics. Older games were just so much harder. I played Zelda:Orcarina of time recently and man was is tough. I'm ashamed to say I had to look at a walkthrough quite a few times. And as for xcom - what a game....mind you, the new fps version done by 2k does look pretty awesome.
