I have some issues with my hands and find myself struggling with the WASD style controls. Unfortunately, I'm also finding the use of a controller pretty awkward for me with this particular game. I was actually expecting Project Zomboid to control more like Diablo or Ultima Online since it's isometric.
Anyway, I found a mod that seems like it probably does what I'd like. But the problem is that it uses Steam Workshop and I have the GOG version.
