Unknown if this is a known bug but I couldnt find it in the forum:
After defeating the great old one, equipping the lazer mode flamethrower and shooting its centre results in the death animation and full reward drop, once per hit. with a full tank of flamer on 10 cap I managed to collect 200+ ankhs and level up stars.
Wondering if anyone can duplicate/ let me know if its a known issue.
