Is there a 18+ Patch for Princess Evangile W Happiness or is the adult version of treat like Princess Evangile as a different product?

There's not any patch since the censored edition and the uncensored one are treated as different games. Next time check if the game developer has a patch for Steam/GOG. You can also buy uncensored games from MangaGamer.

Yes there is that is for Princess Evangile W Happiness and does work to both Steam and GOG version of the game. although you need to make an account in Mangagamer website to get it.

As for Princess Evangile, The all ages version and +18 Version are two separate products since the all ages version has some additional CGs events compared to the adult version. There is no patch for the first game officially. only the fan disc which is W Happiness exist which is also here on GOG.

Once you applied the adult patch to Princess Evangile W Happiness, you'll right away begin to see the naughty bits of the game if that makes you happy!
