I just downloaded Sands of Time, and I'm noticing a significant input lag from both keyboard and mouse. I tried changing various settings on the video card, including AA and AF, Catalyst AI, and wait for V-sync, and it doesn't seem to help. What should I do?

Windows 7, AMD Phenom II 2.0 GHz quad core, ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650, 8 GB memory.

For reference, Warrior Within works without obvious lag if V-sync is turned off.
