Edit 2
I have managed to solve the problem.
Yesterday when I try to use only one CPU, it didn't work.
As I received a response from support telling me that it was the solution, I decided to try it again... And it worked.

So here is the way I did it.
When the game is running and on the menu, ALT-TAB to the desk.
CTRL+SHIFT+ESC to open task manager and go to Process tab.
Right click on pop3.exe and select Affinity and select only one CPU.
If it dosen't work (error message) use Show all user process on the bottom left.

Now I will play those 3 games again, whatever anyone can tell, I still loves them all.

Hi,

I have played multiple times over the years the 3 PoP : Sands of Times, Warrior Within and The Two Thrones.
Love them all.

2 years ago, I did them again.
But when I was playing PoP T2T i discover a bug that made the game impossible to finish.
I though at first that it was my original version of the game that was bugged, so I bought the GoG version.
Same result.

When you arrive at "The Temple", you have this passage as the Dark Prince : you have to swing under 2 lamps and hit 2 diagonals boards (see jpg attached).

Unfortunately the physic seems to be broken, and it's impossible to jump from the last board (tried it 100 times, and as I said, done the game multiples times beforre).

I have found some info about what may cause the problem.
I can't post link so here it is without http -> forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1327977
Seems that the engine doesn't like multi CPU and/or framerate too fast.

I have tried both solution (enable only 1 CPU and limit framerate).
Nothing seems to work.

I hate not being able to play the oldies that I love.
If anyone could help.

My Config.
Intel i5-4670k / 16 Go RAM / W7 64 / Geforce GTX 760

Maybe it's a timing issue due to variable CPU frequency. Modern CPU often vary their frequency to save power. Try disabling any of these features, maybe even in BIOS.
If you've got v-sync enabled and it didn't help, you could try slowing your graphic card down a bit more, e.g. with very high AntiAliasing settings.
Also running the game in Compatibility mode for WinXP might help.
